Return Policy

At Michelle Peters Skincare, each product is carefully formulated and crafted in Switzerland to deliver an exceptional skincare experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns of:
• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns
• Products not purchased directly from www.michellepeters.com

Return Process
1. Please email us at info@michellepeters.ch with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Ship the product to the following address:

4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
